how do we start?

  • 20-30 min consult facetime/zoom to chat about your goals and see if our mojo aligns!

  • 1st session: first 20 min serves as “diagnostics” for me to learn more about your anatomy in motion. These first minutes readily give me a direction based on what I see/what we chat about, and we hit the ground running!
