Practicing in small group settings to learn more about specific topics. From all things asana, meditation, or honing teaching skills - workshops are perfect digestable nuggets of info and practice, usually 90 minutes to 2 hours long, to learn more than what you’re exposed to in the average regularly scheduled classes.
